It was interesting and it opened my eyes to the whole real estate world. Since then I have used the knowledge. So I suppose I should credit the Whitney program - but I won't. In short, if anybody is interested in Russ Whitney, or Carleton Sheets, or, ... then I suggest reading books on the topic first. At the time there was little on the internet to raise any red flags.

I found it interesting and even did a deal myself, but haven't really followed through with it. In the real estate investing world though, Russ W doesn't have a great reputation.
